  Here are links to the 2000 version of Lloyd's Open Form of Salvage Agreement (LOF) and the corresponding Lloyd’s Standard Salvage and Arbitration (LSSA) Clauses and to the 2011 version of LOF and of the LSSA Clauses.

   

  Also see Lloyd's Agency Department's summary of the 2011 changes.  The principal changes under the 2011 form are that the Council of Lloyd's is now entitled to publish awards and that Lloyd's request that all instances of the Form's use be reported to them.  The form also seeks to streamline the administration of container vessel cases.  The issue of publishing awards has attracted some criticism on the grounds that the circumstances of no two cases are sufficiently similar for any inference drawn from the outcome of one to be of relevance to another.  Nevertheless we understand that the form is already being implemented.
